{"id":780,"date":"2023-03-27T16:51:55","date_gmt":"2023-03-27T21:51:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sosacorp.com\/?p=780"},"modified":"2023-03-27T16:51:55","modified_gmt":"2023-03-27T21:51:55","slug":"experimentation-wargaming","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wp.idka.cc\/2023\/03\/27\/experimentation-wargaming\/","title":{"rendered":"Experimentation &#038; Wargaming"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SoSACorp has an immediate need for ex-military and civilian personnel who have demonstrated experience supporting Blue and White cell wargaming and\/or experimentation for the DoD.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work in concert with personnel from all service branches and multiple combatant commands.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in joint, globally integrated experiments enabled by data, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI).<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the design, preparation, and execution of military or interagency wargames:\n<ul>\n<li>Design objectives and assessment metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Support scenario creation.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in and\/or guide Blue &amp; White cells.<\/li>\n<li>Support post event assessments, reports, and wrap-up.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Basic Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience\u00a0of demonstrated wargaming\/exercise experience either virtually or in the field.<\/li>\n<li>Operational experience with DoD systems such as: Palantir, Advana, JOS, JFN, GCCS, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Secret Clearance or higher.<\/li>\n<li>Willing to work at exercise sites as well as SoSACorp corporate office in Fairfax, VA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Additional Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>None<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>SoSACorp is an equal opportunity employer.
