{"id":761,"date":"2023-03-20T18:28:58","date_gmt":"2023-03-20T23:28:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sosacorp.com\/?p=761"},"modified":"2023-03-20T18:28:58","modified_gmt":"2023-03-20T23:28:58","slug":"devops-reliability-engineer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wp.idka.cc\/2023\/03\/20\/devops-reliability-engineer\/","title":{"rendered":"DevOps Reliability Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SoSACorp has an immediate need for an experienced\u00a0DevOps Reliability Engineer to work with the Govt customer to\u00a0the develop more robust systems by\u00a0way of\u00a0a resilient infrastructures.<\/p>\n<p>The location for this work is the Reston, VA.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Build in redundancy, implement monitoring tools, and automate wherever possible.<\/li>\n<li>Develop scripting routine tasks and automating self-repair.<\/li>\n<li>Leverage expertise in Kubernetes, Ansible, AWS Cloud Migration, Cloudera, and IaC, while assisting junior engineers and broadening your knowledge base.<\/li>\n<li>Provide innovative solutions toward cloud migration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Basic\u00a0Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience working in Linux environments.<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of experience troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues related to CI\/CD pipeline failures or slowness on production Enterprise environments.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build or modify Ansible playbooks with Bash scripts.<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing enterprise cloud-native solutions involving Kubernetes, Docker, Cloudera, AWS, Jenkins, or RHEL Systems.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with application development teams across the software development lifecycle and creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment.<\/li>\n<li>Active DoD 8570, Level II Security Certification, including Security+.<\/li>\n<li>Current DoD TS\/SCI (in DISS).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Additional Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Python\/Go, Microservices, Serverless, MLOps, AIOps, Cloudera, and Kubernete.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Big Data stack\u00a0using Hadoop, Spark, Accumulo or MongoDB, and Solr or Elasticsearch.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of\u00a0software development processes and code management tools and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with declarative Infrastructure as Code tools, including Puppet, Terraform, and Ansible.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with GitOps and CI\/CD tools like ArgoCD, Gitlab CI, Jenkins.<\/li>\n<li>Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>SoSACorp is an equal opportunity employer.
